There, she soon discovered her unique gift; by channelling regenerative nanites through her claws and pistols, she could restore fallen bodies to the moment before their death, knitting flesh, bone, and spirit back into life. Her ability became legendary on the front lines, where squads pinned under enemy fire rose again at her agile touch, quickly earning the attention of, and an offer of employment to, Project Lazarus.However, she quickly learned that not all wounds can be healed. During one desperate rescue, she was too late to save the one who&#39;d saved her. The best she could do was recover the decorated medic&#39;s remains and return them to her handlers.
