Sevarog gains Souls when he Kills an Enemy with an ability. Each Soul grants {Health_Bonus_Per_Stack} bonus health and {Siphon_BonusPerStack} additional Siphon damage. 

Upon reaching 40/80/120/160 Souls, Sevarog gains 55/110/165/220 bonus health and 15 additional Siphon damage.

Siphon heals Sevarog for {Siphon_PercentMinionHealing:Percent}% of the damage dealt to Minions and Monsters, increasing to {Siphon_PercentHeroHealing:Percent}% against Enemy Heroes.

When the Root expires, the Targets will be Slowed by {Subjugate_Slow:OneMinus:Percent}% for {Subjugate_Slow_Duration}s.
