What to Do When You Have Been Wrongfully Muted?
If you believe you have wrongfully muted, please contact members of the Omeda team by opening the support ticket.
Before you get in touch with our staff with your current in-game username, please keep in mind that:
- You don't always get muted for your last words. Sometimes the AI needs a moment before actioning a sanction. If you said something unpleasant shortly before a mute, even if it wasn't the last thing you typed, your mute might be valid.
- Our tool sanctions a variety of different toxic behaviors. It's not only bad words that get you muted but also excessive trash-talking, aggressive language, and spamming. Your mute might be valid if you engaged in one of those behaviors.
