Have you come across some unacceptable behavior in the game? The best thing to do in such a situation is to report the player. You can do it in-game, which is preferable - it just takes a few clicks and all the information we need to investigate the incident will be sent to us.
You can also report the player manually by opening a support ticket. To do so, you'll need to supply us with a few information.

 Match ID</h2>
In order to find match ID, head over to <a href="https://omeda.city/">Omeda.city</a>.
In the search bar in the top right corner, enter your own in-game Predecessor username (it can be different from your Steam/Epic name). <img src="https://predecessor.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/17795027505437" alt="reporting 1.png">
Once you're on your own profile, in the bottom right corner you can see the history of the matches you played.  <img src="https://predecessor.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/17795003107997" alt="reporting5.png"> Find the relevant match and click on it. Match ID will be on the very top of the screen, on the left side.

For Player ID, use Omeda.city to search for the player directly if you remember their username, or find them by clicking through your recent matches. Player ID is visible in the profile link in the URL bar. Supporting evidence in the form of screenshots and videos are welcome addition, but are not necessary.  If you have any, please upload them with your ticket, keeping in mind a 50 MB file size limit.  Please keep in mind that we currently don't share outcomes of player investigations. We investigate all the reports before taking action, in efforts to avoid abuse of the reporting system - if someone reported you and you did nothing wrong, you don't need to worry about it.

How to report players?

This is currently expected behavior, so don't worry if you can't find Predecessor content and unlocks from your PC account on your PlayStation. This is because the account linking feature, which will allow you to play on the same Predecessor account on any available platform, is not yet ready.  But it is very much in the works and should be coming soon.  
Until that happens, your purchase history is stored safely in our systems. 
 
As is currently the case on Epic Games and Steam, installing and playing on a new platform such as PlayStation during the Closed Beta is treated as a brand-new account. When account linking is released, you will be forced to pick which account becomes the master account and is preserved, with any additional accounts (and their purchases and progression) being left behind.
This may be subject to change.

Why My PC Purchases Haven't Transferred to PlayStation?

Here's how you can find your game installation folder on both platforms.

<ul>
<li>Find Predecessor in your Library and right-click on it.</li>
<li>Select "Properties"</li>
<li>In the Properties window, select "Local Files"(if there isn't a Local Files option available, it means the game is not installed).</li>
<li>In Local Files, select "Browse Local Files". You should be automatically taken into the install folder for Predecessor. This is where you can find your game logs, reinstall EAC, etc.</li>
</ul>

 Epic Games:</h1>
<ul>
<li>Find Predecessor in your Library.</li>
<li>Click on the three dots on the right side of the game line.</li>
<li>Click "Manage".</li>
<li>Click on the Folder icon in the Installation line. You should be automatically taken into the install folder for Predecessor. This is where you can find your game logs, reinstall EAC, etc.</li>
</ul>

Finding Installation Folder 

<div class="p-rich_text_section">If you're experiencing game crashes while playing Predecessor, please make sure that:</div>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">That your game, platform, OS, and GPU and CPU drivers are up to date.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">No other CPU-taxing software is running in the background (recording and video or image editing programs are often the culprit).</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Make sure that your visual settings match the capabilities of your GPU. (the minimum and recommended game requirements can be found <a href="https://predecessor.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/13442372420381-Minimum-and-Recommended-System-Specs-for-Predecessor-">here</a>)</li>
</ul>
<div class="p-rich_text_section">When your game crashes, you should be prompted by the program to send a crash report. We strongly encourage you to do so! This means we'll receive information about your crash in our system and be able to analyze it straight away. If for whatever reason you don't get that pop-up, you can manually navigate to this folder on your PC: %LocalAppData%\Predecessor\Saved\Crashes Select the most recent file (make sure to double-check the date and time it was generated), turn it into a zip file, and attach it to your ticket. What if there's no matching crash log in my folder? Then it's possible that what you experienced wasn't exactly a crash, but some issue might have turned the game off. In such a case, please grab a regular <a href="https://predecessor.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/13000974045725-Where-do-I-find-game-logs-">game log</a> and make sure to attach it while submitting a ticket.</div>

What To Do When My Game Is Crashing?

Did you purchase a microtransaction item and it doesn't appear on your account?
<ul>
<li>Give it a moment - depending on the internet weather, a purchase can take a minute before appearing on your account.</li>
<li>Restart the game as well as Steam/ Epic Games Store Client.</li>
</ul>
If after taking those steps the purchase is still not appearing, please open the ticket and make sure to mention:
<ul>
<li>Which item have you bought.</li>
<li>The approximate time of the transaction.</li>
<li>Your Steam/Epic username if it's different than your in-game name.</li>
</ul>

What to Do When a Purchased Microtransaction Item Is Missing?

The refunds are available through <a href="https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/" target="_self">Steam</a>/<a href="https://www.epicgames.com/site/en-US/store-refund-policy" target="_self">Epic Games</a> Store in accordance with their respective rules. If you would like to refund something, please get in touch with support on your gaming platform of choice. Our support team currently can't help with refund queries.

How to Refund My Purchase?

If you believe you have wrongfully muted, please contact members of the Omeda team by opening the support ticket.
Before you get in touch with our staff with your current in-game username, please keep in mind that: 
<ul>
<li>You don't always get muted for your last words. Sometimes the AI needs a moment before actioning a sanction. If you said something unpleasant shortly before a mute, even if it wasn't the last thing you typed, your mute might be valid.</li>
<li>Our tool sanctions a variety of different toxic behaviors. It's not only bad words that get you muted but also excessive trash-talking, aggressive language, and spamming. Your mute might be valid if you engaged in one of those behaviors.      </li>
</ul>

What Are Minimum and Recommended System Specs for Predecessor? 

The 'Verify Integrity of Game Files' option is available for Predecessor on Steam and Epic Games Store. This option allows you to check that the installation has been completed and no files are missing. Verifying files might help if you're experiencing crashes, your game is performing worse than it used to, and in some other cases. 
Steam
<ul>
<li>Right-click Predecessor in your Steam library sidebar.</li>
<li>Click 'Properties'.</li>
<li>Click the 'Local Files' tab.</li>
<li>Click the 'Verify the Integrity of Game Files' button.</li>
<li>When complete, restart Steam.</li>

Epic Games Store

<li>Open the Epic Games Launcher.</li>

How To Verify Game Files?

Game logs are text files that record in-game events, user interactions, and errors encountered by you that are saved on your computer. Game logs are how our team is able to look into your game client and see what is wrong. If you’re submitting a ticket about your game crashing, it is essential that you include valid game logs along with your ticket. The logs should be in this folder on your computer:

If you play Predecessor a lot, many files will be stored in this folder. Look at the time of the file creation/modification and choose the one that matches the session in which you experienced the issue you’re reporting. Make sure to attach it to your ticket.
