How to Retrieve DxDiag Report on my PC?

Ornament knowledge base search

If you're experiencing issues with your game performance, it's a great idea to include a DxDiag report with your ticket.

DxDiag is a text file that has detailed information about your computer hardware and its drivers that can help us narrow down why you might be having issues.

No sensitive data is stored in those files.

Follow these steps to retrieve this DxDiag report on your PC:

  • From the Windows desktop, press the Windows and R keys to open the Run window.
  • In the "Open:" field of the Run window, type dxdiag.
